\ud83d\udca1 Founded on February 12, 2013, it was a pioneer in Europe by directing the work of Hospital Clowns toward the adult population, focusing on Older Adults \u2014 a group often overlooked, considering that around 92% of such projects worldwide focus on children.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc69\u200d\u2695\ufe0f Our team of 11 Clowns undergoes more than 250 hours of annual continuous training with internationally renowned clowns:
\nAlex Navarro, Rodrigo Roble\u00f1o, Ami Hattab, Olivier-Hugues Terreault, Pedro Fabi\u00e3o, Academia de M\u00fasica de Coimbra, among others.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf0d We participate in international conferences and meetings, such as the Healthcare Clowning International Meeting and C2Uexpo (Canada), to ensure excellence in artistic intervention practices with adults.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Centro Hospitalar Universit\u00e1rio de S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o (CHUSJ)\u00a0is located in the city of Porto and provides direct assistance to the population of the parishes of Bonfim, Paranhos and Campanh\u00e3, within the municipality of Porto, as well as the municipalities of Maia and Valongo.<\/p>\n

It also acts as a reference center for the districts of Porto (with the exception of the municipalities of Bai\u00e3o, Amarante and Marco de Canaveses), Braga and Viana do Castelo.<\/p>\n

CHUSJ also acts as a reference for wider geographical areas, in the context of Hospital Referral Networks, or even for wider areas in specific cutting-edge areas, where it acts as a referral of excellence for patients from several other geographical areas.<\/p>\n

The management activity of\u00a0CHUSJ\u00a0is structured at intermediate management levels. Intermediate management structures bring together services (which can be organized into functional units) and organic units that, in an articulated manner, contribute to the pursuit of established objectives.<\/p>\n

The Portuguese Institute of Oncology of Coimbra Francisco Gentil, E.P.E. (IPOCFG, EPE) is a hospital unit that integrates the health care network of the National Health Service and the type A platform of the oncology hospital referral network, which gives it top responsibilities in the diagnosis and treatment of oncological disease throughout the Central Region of Portugal, with an estimated population of two million inhabitants.<\/p>\n

ULS Amadora-Sintra<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Hospital <\/strong>is a healthcare unit operating 24 hours a day, providing diagnostic, treatment, and rehabilitation services on an outpatient basis. Located in Bairro da Cavaleira, in the parish of Algueir\u00e3o-Mem Martins, it was built by the Sintra City Council to serve approximately 400,000 residents.<\/p>\n

Established to enhance coordination across different levels of healthcare, ULS Amadora-Sintra<\/strong> represents a new model within Portugal\u2019s National Health Service, focusing on proximity, efficiency, and quality in patient care.[\/vc_column_text]
